Challenges:
- Text is highly technical; customer is very strict regarding the accuracy of the translation.
- Coordination between our project managers and the customer's in country reviewers committees. Every sentence was analyzed, commented, and modified several times. This resulted in hours of phone conversations and many meetings. The workload on our translators was very heavy.
Solution:

our customer terminology

manage the worldwide process to meet deadlines for each
country of the 10 countries.
